All live plants are packed and handled with extreme care. We package our live plants to survive 3+ weeks in a box.

Winterized Shipping
Fall and Winter live plant orders outside south coastal British Columbia usually require our Winterized Shipping option in order to ensure live healthy arrival. Winterized shipping includes an insulated box, heat pack, and Xpresspost shipping.

Temperate plants orders require winterized shipping when lows are below +2 C and +5 C for Tropical plants.
