Pinguicula ehlersiae is a beautiful Mexican Butterwort species that produces stunning peach-green coloured leaves under bright light with delicate pink-light purple flowers. Its native to the Sierra Madre Oriental in the states of San Luis Potosí and Nuevo León and while this species grows in limestone and gypsum substrates in nature we've found that it excels in our peat:perlite:worm castings soil mix, though it can be grow with success in mineral soils as well. This fun and easy to grow species makes a uniquely beautiful and otherworldly houseplant...that happens to catch fruit flies :)
Plants for sale are ~2.cm (3/4inch) rosettes.
