"Bob's Snapper" is a fantastic venus flytrap clone and a true giant of flytrap. Year after year it’s consistently one of the largest flytraps we grow. Originally obtained from the now defunct Kheen’s Carnivores nursery, It produces clusters of traps that stay close to the ground during spring followed by a flush of giant upright traps during summer. Traps will develop brightly coloured, deep red interiors.
“Bob's Snapper" is also a very hardy clone that keeps its traps late into the growing season and is also one of the first clones to produce traps in the spring.
As there is no know source for mass production (via tissue culture etc) of this clone, all available plants are divisions off our original mother plants. Unfortunately this makes this amazing clone quite rare and supplies very limited.
