Sarracenia 'Ares' is a massive, burgundy beast of a pitcher plant. This famous and highly sought after cultivar is a creation of Sarracenia wizard Jerry Addington's, Courting Frog's Nursery. It's a bold, vigorous upright grower with large, consistently deep burgundy pitchers accented with an enormous frilled lid cover in nectar.
Sales plants were divided from our mother plant during late winter 2025. An extremely rare offering with very limited supply!
