An exceptionally unique and rare Venus Flytrap cultivar, 'Angel Wings' is one of those true stand out cultivars. It's prominent traps are completely unhinged! Traps are consistently splayed wide open almost as if the trap has been turned inside out, this unique look plus the menacing hooked teeth and a trap interior that goes from green-yellow-red as the season progresses make this a true stunner. Unlike some other bizarre flytrap clones 'Angel Wings' is very consistent in its production of these very unique traps. Interestingly unlike many other flytrap mutations that cause traps to be less effective or non functional at catching prey 'Angel Wings' unique trap morphology make it incredibly effective at catching insects, so much so it can be difficult to get a good photo of an empty mature trap!
Flytraps are shipped bare root wrapped in moss and securely packaged.
Plants for sale are 5-6 cm diameter rosettes.
